Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free if it occurs:
in Low Season (March-October-November): 3 days in advance during the week, and 10 days in advance on Saturdays and the eve of public holidays, before the date of arrival.
– in High Season (April to October): 7 days in advance during the week, and 10 days in advance on Saturdays and the eve of public holidays, before the date of arrival.
– Beyond 2 rooms or 3 nights, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is taken before the client’s arrival.

If the cancellation occurs after these deadlines, the hotel reserves the right to charge the sum corresponding to the total amount of the reservation from the customer’s credit card.
