The gourmet stage
It is a pleasure for me to have the opportunity to speak to your taste buds.
I chose fresh products for them (for some coming directly from our fish pond or our vegetable garden). Of “multi-regional” inspiration, my cooking does not destroy the flavors; it promotes harmonious marriages; with a little spicy touch: these are my values.
Several options are available to you:
The menu: freshness obliges. balanced land/sea, it presents a rigorous and non-overwhelming assortment of dishes.
The Menus Saveurs de saison and Belle-Isle are a small coherent tour in the map of my gastronomic memory. A “food and wine” pairing is offered for each menu.
For our vegetarian guests, the menu offers seasonal dishes; as well as a dessert. A richer and worked choice can be proposed on request in advance.
Children are not forgotten.
Our wine cellar, made up of small and great vintages; structured and powerful, gives pride of place to regional wines with various grape varieties and will enhance your choices. Our bread is homemade from organic flour delivered by a miller.
