After a very successful career in many famous hotels and palaces (the Crillon in Paris, the Grand hotel de Calla Rossa in Corsica or the Mont Vallon hotel in Méribel), Armand settled in Pont Audemer and took over the kitchen of the Belle Isle sur Risle 12 years ago.His cuisine is refined and puts together harmonious combinations by developing different flavours. All the products are fresh and come from the local economy when they do not come from the vegetable garden or the hotel’s fish tank. The bread is made on the spot and the flour is organic and delivered by a local miller. The fig bread is a real treat and I highly recommend it!

At Belle Isle sur Risle, you have the possibility to have lunch/dinner à la carte or to choose the Menu Saveurs de Saison or Belle Isle. If you wish to be guided, food and wine pairings are proposed with the menus and in this way, you are sure to appreciate the gastronomic cuisine of the Chef to the full…. Vegetarians and children are not left out either! And if you have any special requests, the chef will be happy to accomodate them.
